By connecting with Zendesk, you can link luusely tickets with Zendesk tickets. This allows for seamless mapping between inquiry tickets in Zendesk and communication thread about the inquiry in Slack within the team, making it easy to navigate between them.
To work with Zendesk, you need to install luusely's app on Zendesk. Click settings > INTEGRATION > Zendesk CONNECT. You will be redirected to the Zendesk page. Select the organization you wish to install App and click install.
