You can link GitHub issues related to the ticket. If the issue is not resolved immediately, the application development team will create a GitHub issue for it and continue to address it. By linking the ticket to its corresponding issue, it becomes easy to monitor the progress of the development team's response.

Link Github issues

Click on the github column for each ticket listed in the ticket overview. This will display a list of issues from the connected GitHub repository. Select the issue you want to link. Once the linking is complete, an icon with the GitHub issue number will be displayed. Clicking on this icon will open the Github page displaying the corresponding issue.

<aside> ℹ️ To view the GitHub page, you need to have GitHub access permissions.

You can link multiple GitHub issues. When you link four or more issues, only the total number is displayed, and the fourth issue and subsequent ones are not displayed individually. Clicking on the GitHub column allows you to see all linked issues.

Create new Github issue

In the ticket overview, you can not only link existing GitHub issues but also create new ones. Click on CREATE ISSUE at the top of the list that appears when you click on the github column. When you click on CREATE ISSUE, a list of connected repositories will be displayed. Select the repository where you want to create the issue.

<aside> ℹ️ When creating a new issue, it will automatically be titled Created by luusely. Please modify the title to an appropriate one after creation.

With this feature, not only the development team but also the customer support team can proactively create GitHub issues.
