When there is a change in the labels of the GitHub issues linked to the ticket, you can notify the label information to a Slack thread. This allows the customer support team to easily stay informed about the progress of the application development team's responses.

Please confirm that the list of connected repositories is displayed under settings > INTEGRATION > Github. When you click on the Labels of each repository, a list of labels existing in that repository will be displayed. Select the labels you want to be notified about. Please note that the color of the labels may be slightly different from those on GitHub.
<aside> ℹ️ Notifications are sent when a label is added or removed from an issue. Currently, it is not possible to receive notifications for only one of these actions.
