After signing up, your own TicketBoard will be created automatically. The first thing you should do is connect your TicketBoard to a Slack workspace.
After signing up for luusely, you need to connect with the target slack workspace. Click on the CONNECT SLACK button on the screen after signing up.
You will be redirected to the Slack authentication screen, so please select the workspace you want to connect and grant access to luusely. After approval, you will automatically return to the luusely screen where you will see the ticket screen with no tickets yet.
