Reduces communication hassles between development team and customer support team

luusely is a conversation ticketing service especially for application development team using Github issue and customer support teams. With luusely, you can easily track your customers' inquiries and the status of your application team's response to them. luusely eliminates the common communicational hassles between development team and customer support team like checking the status of inquiries, reminders, and missed completion notifications.

What is conversation ticketing?

What do you use as a business communication tool? Many people use chats such as Slack or Microsoft teams. When you have a customer inquiry that cannot be handled by the customer support team alone, why not consult with the application development team over such a chat? If the issue is not going to be resolved immediately after the consultation, then it would be the first time to ticket the issue so that it can be managed. You then have to summarize the communication you had on the chat in order to create a ticket in another ticket management tool. Isn't that tedious? Conversation ticketing service allows you to convert directly your chat threads into tickets.

Just add 📌 reaction icon

To make it ticketed, just add a pushpin reaction icon to your thread. How easy it is!

Integration with Github and Zendesk

You can link tickets in luusely to Github issues and tickets in Zendesk. Then, when a Github issue is labeled or removed, you will receive an internal notification in your Slack thread and in your Zendesk tickets. Usually, development teams use labels to manage the status of Github issues. For example, if an issue is still in the process of being fixed, it will be labeled with the "in progress" label, and when testing is complete and the issue is in the production environment, it will be labeled with the "released" label. By being notified of these issue labels, the customer support team will know if the issue has been resolved or not yet!
