You can link Zendesk tickets related to the luusely ticket. By linking the ticket to its corresponding Zendesk ticket, You can quickly find and track related tickets The customer support team can quickly find and track inquiry tickets in Zendesk.

Click on the zendesk
column for each ticket listed in the ticket overview. This will display a list of inquiry ticket from the connected Zendesk workplace. Select the inquiry ticket you want to link. Once the linking is complete, an icon with the inquiry number in Zendesk will be displayed. Clicking on this icon will open the Zendesk page displaying the corresponding inquiry.

You can link multiple Zendesk inquiry tickets. When you link four or more, only the total number is displayed, and the fourth ticket and subsequent ones are not displayed individually. Clicking on the Zendesk column allows you to see all linked inquiry tickets.
If you have configured the Notify GitHub issue labels setting, notifications for GitHub issue labels will also be sent to the linked Zendesk tickets. These notifications are conducted in internal mode, so they will not be visible to your end users.
